Abstract: ABSTRACT SELF-EMULSIFYING DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM (SEDDS) OF CHRYSIN AND A METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF The present invention relates to a Self-Emulsifying Drug Delivery System (SEDDS) of chrysin and a method of preparation thereof. The SEDDS composition demonstrates approximately 4-fold improvement in Chrysin release from the SEDDS as compared to a pure Chrysin suspension, with a consistent and controlled release profile. The invention further provides a simple, scalable process for the preparation of the SEDDS. The formulation is intended for oral administration and offers significant advantages including enhanced solubility, improved dissolution, reduced dose requirement, and ease of scale-up. Reference
