The system (100) comprises a memory (102), a processor (104), a communication module (106), a dependency analysis module (108), a runtime observation module (110), a reinforcement learning engine (112), a code transformation agent module (114), an architectural validation module (116), a deployment orchestration module (118), and a continuous feedback module (120). The processor (104) continuously analyzes inter- service dependencies, runtime metrics, and architectural states to generate adaptive transformation policies. The code transformation agent module (114) autonomously performs refactoring actions, while the architectural validation module (116) verifies compliance with operational constraints prior to deployment. The invention enables continuous architectural evolution, improved scalability, enhanced resilience, reduced technical debt, and optimized resource utilization in distributed cloud-native computing environments.
