Abstract: Title: SENSOR-BASED Al-POWERED BIOGAS SYSTEM DESIGN 5 This invention relates to a sensor-based ai-powered biogas system design. It typically includes an Airtight Anaerobic Digester Core Vessel (1), an Industrial Solid-State pH Probes (2), a Deep-Slurry Thermal Couples (3), a Digital Gas Head Pressure Indicators (4), a Localized Edge Microcontroller Unit (5), an Embedded Predictive Random Forest Regression Firmware (6), an Analog-to-Digital Signal Converters 1.0 (ADC) and Industrial Bus Interfaces (7), an Electronic Feedstock Dosing Valves (8), an Auxiliary Buffer Chemical Dosing Valves & Reservoir (9), a Variable-Frequency Variable- Speed Slurry Pump Motors (10), an Industrial loT Telemetry Gateway Module (11), and a Cloud-Connected Remote Management Dashboard (12). The single greatest advantage of this design is its ability to sustain an ultra-high methane purity 15 of 78-82% while completely eliminating system failures through an automated, predictive edge-Al loop that balances slurry chemistry without human intervention or operational downtime. This system is designed for deployment in decentralized rural electrification micro-grids, eco-friendly institutional kitchens recycling municipal solid waste into cooking fuel, and closed-loop agricultural networks converting livestock 20 manure into concurrent bio-energy and high-grade organic fertilizer.
