Abstract: The invention relates to a serverless artificial intelligence framework for real-time fraud detection and conversational response in financial services. The framework comprises a transaction acquisition module configured to receive financial transaction information from banking systems, payment gateways, digital wallets, and financial applications; a serverless processing module configured to execute event-driven cloud functions for transaction preprocessing and validation; an artificial intelligence module configured to identify suspicious transaction behavior and generate fraud confidence scores; a conversational verification module configured to interact with customers for transaction authentication; and a decision orchestration module configured to selectively approve, suspend, reject, or escalate financial transactions based on integrated analysis of fraud indicators, customer responses, historical transaction behavior, and predefined security policies. The framework further incorporates secure communication, authentication, and data protection mechanisms throughout transaction processing. By integrating serverless cloud computing, artificial intelligence, conversational verification, and adaptive decision orchestration within a unified architecture, the invention provides scalable, low- latency, infrastructure-efficient, and highly accurate fraud detection while enhancing customer trust, operational efficiency, and financial transaction security
