Abstract: The present application belongs to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a service board management method and system, and an electronic device and a storage medium. In the present application, after being disconnected from a first control single board managed by a second arbitration network element, the second arbitration network element sends a first communication message to a first arbitration network element; after being disconnected from the first control single board, a second service board managed by the second arbitration network element sends a target message to a first service board; the first service board managed by the first arbitration network element reports a second communication message to the first arbitration network element; the first arbitration network element queries a local second communication message in response to the first communication message; and after it is determined that the second communication message comprises the target message, it is determined that the second service board is out of management.
