Abstract: The present application provides a sheathed stent (100) and a delivery system (1000). The sheathed stent (100) comprises a sheath body (10), a first wavy ring (20), and a balance structure (50). The sheath body (10) comprises an end section (11) having an open end (111). The first wavy ring (20) is connected to the end section (11). The first wavy ring (20) comprises a first wavy section (21) and a second wavy section (22). The radial support strength of the first wavy section (21) is less than that of the second wavy section (22). The region where the end section (11) on the sheathed stent (100) is located is a first region (100a). The balance structure (50) is provided in the first region (100a) and configured for increasing the radial support strength of a region in the first region (100a) coaxial to the first wavy section (21). The sheathed stent (100) and the delivery system (1000) provided in the present application allow a more uniform release of the first region (100a) and the sheathed stent (100) in the circumferential direction, thus reducing the irritation and damage to blood vessels in the release process.
