Abstract: Our project focuses on creating a novel Sign Language Voice Note Application using Computer Vision in response to the increasing need for effective and accessible communication solutions for those with speech or hearing impairments. Through real-time gesture recognition, it links sign language users with nonsigning people. A centralized Accessibility Control Module oversees all actiyities._As_the central _ - aulhority, this module upholds the integrity of the tr^n^latibn process and guarantees adherence to data security regulations. To guarantee safe and dependable communication, users must first create verified profiles before they can access the system. Users can convert sign language gestures into text and voice notes that can be easily shared with others after verification. Transparency, accountability, and appropriate supervision of all gesture data are guaranteed by the centralized processing engine, which is solely overseen by the Accessibility Control Module. The module maintains total control over the system, protecting accuracy and privacy, even while users can receive translations pertinent to their communication needs. By offering a safe, dependable, and real-time platform, this program tackles important issues in assistive communication.
