Abstract: SINGLE-STAGE BUILDING METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TWO-WHEELER PNEUMATIC FABRIC RADIAL TYRE, AND TYRE THEREOF A single- stage building method for manufacturing two-wheeler pneumatic fabric radial tyre (100) is disclosed. The method comprises applying an inner liner (102) circumferentially onto a tyre building drum (30), applying at least one radial carcass ply (104) over the inner liner (102), positioning bead core assemblies (106) at axially inboard edges of the carcass ply layup and turning up the carcass ply (104) around the bead core assemblies (106) to form bead anchorage zones, applying a squeezee interlayer (108) positioned radially outward of and in direct contact with the radial carcass ply (104) in a crown region of the tyre building drum (30), applying a breaker belt package (110) over the squeezee interlayer (108) and comprising at least two cord-reinforced breaker belt layers, applying a tread strip (112) over the breaker belt package (110) to form a green tyre assembly, and shaping and curing the green tyre assembly to obtain the two-wheeler pneumatic fabric radial tyre (100).
