Abstract: A skateboard carriage assistive device, comprising a platform 101 positioned at back side of a user and developed to be accommodated with a skateboard to be carried by a user, a pair rods 102 constructed with plurality of extendable links 103 accommodated across shoulder and torso region of the user, an imaging unit 104 for detecting dimensions of skateboard, plurality of bars 105 for gripping the skateboard on platform 101, a first and second set of C-shaped members 106 installed with platform 101 via plurality of sliders 107 for translating and positioning the members 106 in proximity to wheels, a pivot joint 108 for deploying the members 106 to cover the wheels, plurality of hinges 109 for joining the rods 102 with each other, an electromagnet 110 for securing the platform 101 with the user’s back portion, and an inflatable unit to provide comfort to the user.
