Abstract: In today’s digital world, there is a growing need for creative tools that make storytelling simple, interactive, and accessible to everyone. Our project, Sketch to Storytelling with Voice Over Application, is designed to turn simple hand-drawn sketches into meaningful and engaging stories with natural voice narration. This application allows users—especially children, students, teachers, and beginner content creators—to express their imagination without needing strong writing or storytelling skills. Users can upload a basic sketch, and the system intelligently understands the drawing using Al-based sketch recognition. Based on the identified characters or scenes, the application automatically generates a relevant and interesting storyline. To make the stories more lively, the platform includes an Al voice-over feature that produces clear, expressive, and naturalsounding narration. Users can choose different voices, tones, and languages, and they also have the option to edit or personalize both the story and the narration. This flexibility ensures that each story reflects the user’s creativity and ideas. The entire process is smooth and well- organized, combining sketches, stories, and voice-overs into a short animated storytelling output. This makes the application useful for educational purposes, creative learning, and entertainment. Special care is taken to follow ethical and child-friendly guidelines so that all generated content remains safe and appropriate. With its simple interface and Al-assisted features, the application bridges the gap between imagination and expression. It encourages creativity, improves learning engagement, and promotes visual thinking. By enabling anyone to create rich, narrated stories from simple sketches, this system transforms ideas into stories and brings imagination to life.
