Abstract: This invention describes Sketch2App, an agentic multimodal framework for converting hand-drawn user interface diagrams into fully functional full-stack software applications. The system combines Vision-Language Models, Large Language Models, and Model Context Protocol-based orchestration to automate the complete software development workflow. Hand-drawn sketches are analyzed to extract UI components, layout structures, interaction flows, and data requirements. A coordinated multi-agent architecture consisting of vision, planning, code generation, verification, and build agents transforms these specifications into production-ready application code. The framework supports architectural planning, API generation, automated validation, iterative refinement, and deployment preparation. Experimental evaluation demonstrates high component recognition accuracy, strong functional correctness, significant reductions in development time, and high user satisfaction. By enabling software creation through intuitive visual specifications, the invention democratizes application development and allows non-technical stakeholders to participate directly in software prototyping and generation.
