Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer-implemented collaboration platform configured to enable users with different skills, interests, and project requirements to discover suitable collaborators and form project-based teams through structured digital communities. The proposed system provides an integrated collaboration environment combining user skill profiles, community or "Tribe" based grouping, project discovery, skill-based collaborator matching, collaboration requests, real-time communication, file sharing, real-time coding, meeting scheduling, team formation, and public work profiles. The system enables a user to create or maintain a digital profile containing skills, interests, experience, projects, and areas of collaboration. Users may participate in a Tribe representing a college, institution, locality, or other defined community. Within each Tribe, Communities may be organized according to fields of interest or skills, including but not limited to UI/UX design, software development, data analytics, graphic design, artificial intelligence, and other technical or creative domains. A project owner may publish a collaboration requirement specifying project information, required skills, preferred roles, project description, and other relevant parameters. The system processes the project requirement and available user profile information to identify and present potentially suitable collaborators. A user can initiate a collaboration request, after which the request state is dynamically updated and the participating users may access a collaboration workspace. The collaboration workspace provides communication and project coordination functions including messaging, file sharing, real-time coding, meeting scheduling, team formation, and project-related information exchange. The system thereby provides a unified technical environment for discovering collaborators and carrying out collaborative project activities without requiring the users to move between unrelated platforms.
