A central control unit is used to regulate lighting, watering, and airflow operations. The overall implementation focuses on creating a stable and optimized environment for plant growth, especially for nursery cultivation, where controlled conditions are essential. This patent relates to the application of structural polypeptides, such as silk-based 20 proteins, as a coating material for seeds or plants. The coating forms a protective layer on the plant surface, which helps in reducing damage caused by pests and environmental stress. The method involves preparing the polypeptide material and applying it uniformly to the plant or seed surface. This coating can improve the durability and protection of plants without affecting their growth. An automatic management system for greenhouses for cultivating vanilla is provided where there exists a data processing and control mechanism with the help of Internet of Things along with various types of environmental sensors such as temperature sensors, humidity sensors, and light sensors which collect data on a real-time basis. Data collected from these sensors is processed by the system which further automatically controls the greenhouse environment through actuators including water pumps, shading mechanisms, and ventilation systems through the use of switching elements and motion controllers. Additionally, the system also consists of a wireless interface for remote monitoring and control through the internet and a display unit for providing data about the system.
