Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for the development of an advanced, AI-based, earthquake-resistant structure strengthening and damping system that includes earthquake sensors, structure monitoring equipment, AI computing systems, adaptive strengthening equipment, controlled damping systems, communication channels, and emergency control units. The invention continuously monitors the structure state, assesses earthquake effects on the structure through machine learning algorithms, and dynamically modifies parameters of the reinforcement and damping systems to mitigate the negative impact of earthquakes on structures. Data obtained by sensors are analysed in real time through AI computing and digital twins’ simulations to enhance the efficiency of structure strengthening and maintenance. FIG.1
