Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart automated banana sucker hydrothermal treatment machine comprising a treatment chamber (107), perforated banana sucker holder basket (108), hot water distribution spray manifold (109), stainless steel immersion heater (114), water circulation pump (115), ESP32 microcontroller module (119), industrial relay control board (120), SSR heater control relay (121), PTIOO temperature sensor (128), automatic solenoid fill valve (126), and automatic drain valve (129). The invention is configured to automatically perform hydrothermal treatment of banana suckers at controlled temperature and duration for agricultural disease prevention. The machine further comprises thermal insulation layer (131), digital HMl touch display (102), and smart control panel (118) for automated operation and monitoring.
