Abstract: The present invention relates to a Smart Automatic Gas-Based Deepa with Integrated Ignition and Programmable Puja Control System designed to automate the ignition, monitoring, and operation of traditional religious lamps used in homes, temples, and other devotional environments. The invention comprises a concealed miniature gas storage chamber, an electronically controlled gas delivery system, an automatic spark ignition mechanism, a programmable controller, a flame sensing module, an automatic relighting circuit, and a safety shut-off arrangement integrated within a traditional deepa structure. The system enables scheduled ceremonial lighting, continuous flame monitoring, automatic relighting upon accidental extinguishment, and safe gas flow control while preserving the traditional appearance and cultural significance of a conventional deepa. The invention may further incorporate rechargeable battery backup, wireless communication, mobile application control, and synchronized operation of multiple deepas for temple automation.
