Abstract: The current invention pertains to an intelligent, self-operating industrial cleaning robot intended to effectively clean extensive areas like warehouses, factory floors, and parking spaces. The system is designed to minimize reliance on manual labor, ensure more uniform cleaning, and increase safety during operations in industrial environments. The robot features sophisticated sensing and navigation technologies, such as LiDAR-based environment mapping and real-time obstacle detection, allowing it to move autonomously through complex and changing environments. The system features a dual-controller setup, with a high-level processing unit responsible for running SLAM, path planning, and decision-making algorithms, and a control unit managing real-time operation of motors, relays, and actuators. The robot features a versatile cleaning system that combines vacuum-based dry cleaning with wet scrubbing to efficiently eliminate dust, dirt, and surface impurities. Moreover, the system can feature supplementary components like servo-controlled wheel adjustments to improve mobility and flexibility on various surfaces. The invention also includes IoT-based communication for real-time monitoring, remote control, and data analysis, enabling users to monitor performance and enhance cleaning operations. The system relies on a specialized power management unit to maintain stable and efficient performance across all components. The robot's modular and durable design allows it to operate effectively in tough industrial settings, while still offering scalability and cost efficiency. This innovation tackles major drawbacks of conventional manual and semi-automated cleaning systems, including inefficiency, elevated labor expenses, and the absence of real-time monitoring. By incorporating intelligent navigation, multi-mode cleaning, and remote access, the proposed system offers a dependable, automated, and scalable cleaning solution, enhancing productivity, safety, and hygiene in industrial settings.
