The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.
Abstract: Nowadays, sensors can monitor various health metrics such as heart rate variability, respiratory rate, room temperature and even sleep cycles of a person. Creating an optimal sleep environment for a person can significantly enhance sleep quality of any person. The sensors will collect the sleep cycles of a person. Here our idea is to incorporate artificial intelligence algorithms to analyze sleep patterns based on the collected data and then provide recommendations such as automatically adjusting mattress firmness, pillow height and provide smart home technology features to control bedroom lighting, temperature, and noise levels based on user mode of restlessness or even playing soothing sounds based on real-time sleep data for improving sleep quality. Here we also create a user-friendly dashboard that displays user's health metrics over time.
