Abstract: Smart Business Decision Support Analytics Platform ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a Smart Business Decision Support Analytics Platform which is configured to gather, combine, process, analyze and present business data in an improved manner for a better business decision making inside the organization. Structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data is uploaded to the platform from various internal and external sources such as financial systems, customer databases, operational applications and market feeds, as well as digital platforms. A data processing module, which validates and cleanses the data it receives, transforms it to make it more useful and stores it, and an analytics engine that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistical modeling, predictive analysis and optimization to discover patterns, predict outcomes, identify risk and capitalize on opportunity. A decision support engine compares and ranks different decisions based on a set of objectives, constraints and performance criteria defined prior to the analysis. The platform also offers the ability to customize dashboards, create interactive visualizations, generate automated reports, KPIs, scenario analysis, natural-language explanations, and real-time alerts. Sensitive data is protected by role-based access controls, encryption, audit logging and data governance mechanisms, ensuring regulatory compliance. A feedback module is used for predicting and comparing the result with actual outcomes and updating the analytical models or the recommendation rules. The platform can be deployed to any cloud, on-premises, hybrid or edge deployment and be customised for finance, sales, marketing, operations, supply chains, human resources and other business functions. Thus, the invention enhances the accuracy, efficiency, transparency, responsiveness and strategic planning of decision making processes.
