Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart chain monitoring system for two-wheelers with mobile alerts designed to provide real-time detection of drive chain looseness and breakage. A processing unit evaluates the sensor data to identify abnormal states and distinguishes between loose and broken chain conditions using predefined logic. When such abnormalities are detected, the system wirelessly transmits alert notifications to the rider’s mobile device, ensuring immediate awareness. The system eliminates the need for manual inspection, the invention enhances rider safety, prevents drivetrain damage, and delivers a compact, durable, and cost-effective solution for reliable chain condition monitoring in two-wheelers.
