Abstract: The Smart Compression and Mobility Sleeve is an intelligent wearable device designed to provide adaptive compression, real-time physiological monitoring, and improved limb mobility for rehabilitation and athletic use. Traditional compression sleeves offer fixed pressure and no feedback, often leading to incorrect compression levels and reduced therapeutic effectiveness. To address this limitation, the proposed smart sleeve integrates pressure sensors (FSR), motion!EMG sensors, temperature and heart-rate sensors, and a microcontroller (ESP32) to continuously monitor limb conditions. Based on sensor data, the system provides dynamic, controlled compn::ssion and delivers real-time feedback through LEDs/OLED display. The sleeve helps users maintain optimal compression levels during activities, supports muscle recovery, improves circulation, and prevents over-tightening. Data can also be transmitted wirelessly for loT -based monitoring. This low-cost, portable, and user-friendly design makes the solution suitable for physiotherapy, sports recovery, elderly care, and post-surgical rehabilitation, offering a modem approach to personalized therapeutic compression.
