Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to a smart electric casserole device. The device (100) includes an insulated container body (102), a heating assembly (104), a rechargeable power source (106), a temperature sensing module (108), a control unit (110), and a user interface module (112). The insulated container body (102) is configured to receive and retain food items. The heating assembly (104) is operatively associated with the insulated container body (102) and configured to generate heat for maintaining the food items at a predetermined temperature. The temperature sensing module (108) is configured to continuously detect an internal temperature associated with the insulated container body (102). The control unit (110) is configured to selectively activate or deactivate the heating assembly (104) based on detected internal temperature to maintain a target temperature range. The user interface module (112) includes at least one display element configured to indicate temperature information associated with the food items.
