Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a smart ergonomic wearable posture correction device with massage feedback for monitoring and correcting improper neck and upper-body posture in real time. The device comprises an outer casing, an IMU sensor module, a microcontroller unit, a vibration motor unit, a massage motor assembly, a rechargeable battery pack, and an inner padding layer. The IMU sensor module positioned near the cervico-thoracic junction detects posture orientation and deviations using a single sensing point. The microcontroller compares posture parameters with predefined ergonomic thresholds and activates haptic feedback only when improper posture persists beyond a predetermined time duration. Controlled vibration and massage-like stimulation encourage voluntary posture correction without restricting movement. The invention provides a standalone, non-invasive, energy-efficient, and user-friendly posture correction system with reduced alert fatigue, improved comfort, and enhanced long-term compliance.
