A weighted multi-parameter Freshness Index and Random Forest shelf life regression model provide comprehensive non-destructive quality assessment. A cloud traceability platform logs digital quality records with QR-coded produce labeling and provides supply chain analytics dashboards for batch quality management. The system enables accurate, rapid fruit freshness assessment from packhouse to retail for food waste reduction and supply chain quality optimization.
