Abstract: This project presents the design and development of a Smart Grip Glove (SGG) engineered to provide assistive support for pediatric users facing challenges with daily living activities (ADLs) due to motor skill deficits or conditions like Cerebral Palsy and Sensory Processing Disorders. The objective is to enhance fine motor function, grip stability, and sensory awareness through a lowcost, non-invasive system. The device utilizes silicone grip patches on the palm and fingers for mechanical support, and thermochromic fabric patches strategically placed to serve as a Visual Load Indicator by changing color proportionate to the applied pressure. A vibration module at the wrist provides an immediate tactile sensory cue. This innovation addresses the limitations of bulky, expensive assistive devices by offering a low-cost, child- friendly, and reusable solution that promotes independence, enhances compliance, and is suitable for low-resource family settings. Initial tests focus on improved grip consistency and pressure awareness. The SGG represents a significant step in accessible pediatric assistive technology
