Abstract: ABSTRACT This paper presents the design and implementation of a Smart Health Monitoring System for continuous and real-time tracking of vital physiological parameters. In recent years, the demand for remote patient monitoring has increased due to the rise in lifestyle-related diseases and the lack of immediate medical support in certain areas. To address this need, the proposed system is developed using an ESP8266-based microcontroller interfaced with biomedical sensors to measure heart rate, body temperature, blood oxygen saturation (Sp02), blood pressure, and ECG signals. The sensor data is conditioned and processed at the device level to ensure reliable measurements before being transmitted over Wi-Fi to the Arduino loT Cloud platform. A user-friendly dashboard is designed to display real-time data through mobile and web applications, allowing both patients and healthcare professionals to monitor health status and functioning as basic health monitoring reports. Threshold-based logic is implemented to categorize readings as normal, abnormal, or critical, and generate SMS alerts for timely medical attention when necessary. Experimental testing shows that the system provides stable performance, with accuracy levels ranging from 90.1% to 95.2% under normal conditions. The design focuses on low power consumption, compact size, and ease of use, making it suitable for home-based care as well as basic clinical health monitoring. Overall, the system supports early detection and continuous health tracking, helping to improve patient care while reducing frequent hospital visits.
