Abstract: SMART MACHINE LEARNING-BASED FRAMEWORK FOR SKILL MAPPING, STARTUP READINESS, AND ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION The present invention discloses the development of a sophisticated machine learning-based approach that utilizes data generated via Internet-of-Things technology from students' interactions, assessments, and behaviors in order to facilitate dynamic skill mapping, startup readiness assessment, and entrepreneurship training. By using sophisticated neural networks and graph-based techniques, this approach will help to assess competencies, determine the entrepreneurial potential through multimodal fusion of various types of data cognitive, collaborative, innovativeness, and recommend customized approaches to intervention. Being deployed at an IoT cloud platform, this solution will include sensors for measuring the level of stress and flexibility based on yoga practices as well as virtual reality technologies for creating business prototypes through machine learning-based simulations. Initial results demonstrate 28% improvement in startup readiness metrics in institutions in Chennai. FIG.1
