Abstract: A smart menstrual hygiene management system (100) and method are disclosed. The system comprises a sanitary pad dispenser (112), a thermal disposal unit (114), at least one processor (106), and a memory (108). The processor registers the sanitary pad dispenser and the thermal disposal unit with corresponding geographic locations, receives a dispensing request, authenticates a user using a one-time password (OTP), verifies availability of a selected sanitary pad type, and dispenses the selected sanitary pad. Dispensing information and disposal information are recorded to generate inventory information, which is analysed to predict depletion of sanitary pads. When the predicted depletion satisfies a predefined replenishment threshold, a replenishment notification is generated and provided to an administrator device (118). A monitoring interface (116) presents dispensing status, disposal status, inventory status, replenishment status, and geographic locations of the sanitary pad dispenser and the thermal disposal unit, thereby facilitating centralized inventory management, predictive replenishment, and improved menstrual hygiene services.
