A microcontroller unit processes sensor-generated electrochemical signals and transmits the analyzed data through IoT connectivity to a mobile application for live monitoring, historical record management, and instant hazard alerts. Users can customize safety thresholds according to specific food requirements. The detachable modular architecture facilitates easy cleaning, maintenance, and replacement while promoting segregation of different food categories to minimize cross-contamination risks.
