Abstract: ABSTRACT SMART PROTECTIVE SCHOOL BELT WITH SELF-HEALING LoRaWAN SAFETY NETWORK AND ADAPTIVE EMERGENCY ORCHESTRATION The present disclosure relates to a self-sufficient child safety monitoring system using distributed LoRaWAN emergency communication and tamper-detection wearable architecture. The system includes an intelligent wearable child safety belt configured to obtain location information, geo-fence parameters, communication-status data, wearable-integrity conditions, and emergency-event information associated with a wearer. A processor assesses geo-fence violations, tamper conditions, emergency activation events, and communication-failure scenarios for autonomously generating prioritized emergency communication instructions. The system also comprises a LoRaWAN communication module designed for low-power long-range emergency communication, and a distributed relay communication module designed for establishing cooperative relay-assisted emergency routing through nearby wearable devices under weak-network conditions. The invention further provides adaptive low-power communication scheduling, emergency packet prioritization, secure encrypted emergency-data synchronization, and institutional monitoring coordination to enhance communication continuity, emergency responsiveness, tamper resistance, operational reliability, and distributed child safety supervision across geographically distributed and communication-constrained operational environments.
