Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a smart rehabilitation exoskeleton system (100) configured to assist rehabilitation therapy and movement training of a user which comprises one or more sensing modules (102) configured to monitor movement parameters and rehabilitation-related activities of the user, a data acquisition module (104) configured to receive movement-related data, a control module (106) configured to process the movement-related data and generate rehabilitation control parameters, an adaptive resistance control module (108) configured to dynamically adjust resistance levels, an actuation module (110) configured to provide controlled resistance and movement assistance to one or more body joints of the user, a user interface module (112) configured to provide rehabilitation information and performance feedback, and a communication module (114) configured to transmit rehabilitation-related information to one or more external devices.
