Abstract: The present invention relates to an AI- Based Smart Energy Management System for Housing Buildings proposed to predict, monitor, and adjust household energy consumption. The invention integrates smart energy meters, an AI processing unit, IoT sensors, renewable energy sources, smart appliance controllers, battery storage, and cloud-based monitoring. The AI module examines real-time and occupancy, historical energy consumption, electricity tariffs, environmental conditions, and renewable energy accessibility to predict energy demand and optimize operation of appliance. This invention automatically maintains prioritizes renewable energy utilization, residential loads, manages battery charging and discharging and plans appropriate appliances during energy-efficient periods. A cloud interconnected mobile application enables alerts, remote monitoring and energy-consumption examination. The proposed invention decreases improves renewable energy utilization, electricity consumption and cost and presents an intelligent and efficient energy management result for residential buildings.
