Abstract: This project presents the design and fabrication of a Click Pen Type Multi-Bit Screwdriver Tool, an innovative portable hand tool developed by modifying the mechanism of a multi-click pen. The design replaces the conventional pen refill and nib with interchangeable screwdriver bits while retaining the compact structure and retractable click mechanism of the pen. The tool combines the functionality of a screwdriver with the convenience of a pen-sized device, making it easy to carry and store. The proposed design aims to provide a practical solution for minor repair and maintenance activities by integrating screwdriver functionality into a lightweight and pocket-friendly form. The click mechanism enables smooth extension and retraction of the screwdriver bit, ensuring user safety and protecting the tool when not in use. The compact design enhances portability while maintaining ease of operation. This innovation is particularly suitable for applications involving analog watch repair, mobile phone servicing, laptop maintenance, and small electronic device repairs. The design emphasizes simplicity, costeffectiveness, portability, and efficient utilization of existing pen mechanisms. The proposed tool demonstrates a novel approach to transforming a common writing instrument into a multifunctional repair device with potential applications in personal, educational, and technical fields.
