Abstract: A smart wearable device for continuous monitoring of pharmacokinetic responses in chronic patients is disclosed. The device comprises a body-mountable unit integrated with biosensors configured to detect biomarkers indicative of drug concentration and metabolism in biological fluids, including sweat and interstitial fluid. A sampling module facilitates controlled extraction of such fluids, while a signal processing unit converts sensor outputs into analyzable data. A processing unit employing pharmacokinetic models and machine learning algorithms estimates parameters including absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion in real time. A communication module transmits data to external devices, and a decision-support system generates alerts and personalized dosage recommendations. The invention enables minimally invasive, continuous monitoring, thereby improving therapeutic efficacy, reducing adverse effects, and supporting personalized treatment in chronic disease management.
