MUMBAI, India, June 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411089919 A) filed by Pulkit Ahuja; and Deeksha Raheja on November 20, 2024, for Smart Window Pane System For Immersive User-Customizable Views.

Inventor includes Pulkit Ahuja.

The application for the patent was published on June 12, 2026, under issue no. 24/2026.

Abstract: A smart window pane system (100) is disclosed, comprising an exterior-facing transparent layer (102), first and second transparent display layers (104, 106), a light- modulating layer (108) with a pixel-addressable modulation structure (110), a focus-adjusting optical layer (112), and an atmospheric simulation layer (114) including a chamber (116) and a mist-generation element (118). An illumination subsystem (120) having light sources (122) and optical elements (126) provides directionally controlled illumination through the multilayer assembly. A controller (140) supplies image data, drive signals, and timing signals to coordinate the transparent display layers, modulation layer, focus layer, atmospheric layer, and illumination subsystem to produce composite visual output. The system forms a modular window-like structure suitable for integration into building openings and enables multi-plane image presentation with controllable optical characteristics and optional light scattering. A method (200) for operating the system, an optical assembly, a controller, and a non-transitory computer-readable medium storing control instructions are also described. FIG. 1
