Abstract: The present disclosure provides a soccer ball and a training assembly. The soccer ball comprises a ball body and a marking area provided on the surface of the ball body. The marking area comprises a ball-out guide line, a ball putting line, and a ball kicking point group which are respectively provided on the surface of the ball body. The ball-out guide line and the ball putting line are located on different cross sections. Each cross section is a cross section passing through the center of the ball body. The ball kicking point group comprises a plurality of ball kicking reference points distributed at intervals. The cross section where the distribution path of the plurality of ball kicking reference points is located coincides with the cross section where the ball-out guide line is located. A horizontal midline cross section is defined as a cross section passing through the center of the ball body. When the cross section where the ball-out guide line is located and the cross section where the ball putting line is located are both perpendicular to the ground, the horizontal midline cross section is parallel to the ground, and the plurality of ball kicking reference points are distributed downward from the horizontal midline cross section. The soccer ball and the training assembly provided by the present disclosure can improve the training efficiency and training effect of set pieces.
