Abstract: ABSTRACT SOCIO-ENRICHMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING SOCIAL SKILLS AMONG ORPHAN CHILDREN IN INSTITUTIONAL CARE The present invention relates to a structured socio-enrichment system (100) and method for enhancing social skills among orphan children (ages 6-12 years) residing in institutional care settings. The system (100) comprises a baseline assessment module (110) for evaluating social skills across communication, cooperation, assertion, emotional regulation, and peer interaction domains using a standardized scale; an intervention delivery module (120) comprising structured group-based activities including role-play sessions (122), cooperative games (123), storytelling exercises (124), guided group discussions (125), and empathy-building exercises (126) administered by trained facilitators; an outcome evaluation module (130) for post-intervention assessment and comparative analysis; and a feedback and reinforcement module (140) based on Bandura's Social Learning Theory. The system provides a non-pharmacological, cost-effective, and reproducible intervention framework. Experimental validation with 104 orphan children demonstrated statistically significant improvement in social skills scores. [
