Abstract: A soil puddling device for paddy cultivation, comprising a cuboidal housing 101 having a pair of motors with shaft 201 having an attached telescopic rod for a rotation of the rods, a telescopic link 103, attached on the housing 101 and having a cylindrical bar 104 attached perpendicularly on a top end of link 103 for enabling a user to acquire a grip onto the housing 101, each of the rod having an expansion pulley 105 at the end, the expansion pulley 105 having a plurality of rectangular flaps 106, attached on an outer periphery of the expansion pulley 105, configured with drawer mechanisms to puddle the soil, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 107, installed on the housing 101 determine an area having soil required to be puddled and a vibration unit 108 is connected with each the expansion pulley 105 for vibrating the flaps 106.
