Abstract: The present application relates to the field of photovoltaics. Provided are a solar cell module, a photovoltaic module, and an electric device. The solar cell module comprises a solar cell, a backsheet and a waterproof layer. The solar cell is electrically connected to busbars, each busbar having a lead-out end; the backsheet is located on the back face of the solar cell, and the backsheet is provided with a lead-out hole corresponding to the lead-out ends; and the waterproof layer is provided with a filling part and a connecting part which are connected to each other, wherein the filling part fills the inside of the lead-out hole and seals the lead-out hole, the lead-out ends pass through the filling part to protrude through the lead-out hole, and the connecting part circumferentially surrounds the filling part and is held between the solar cell and the backsheet. The present application can improve the waterproof capability at the lead-out hole, and can also improve the reliability of the waterproof layer.
