Abstract: The present invention discloses is a solar powered multi-functional agricultural robot integrating pesticide spraying and grass cutting on a single mobile chassis. A photovoltaic panel charges a rechargeable battery through a solar charge controller, and the stored energy drives wheel motors through H-bridge motor drivers while a relay module selectively energizes a grass-cutting motor and a 485 pesticide pump. The robot is selectively operable through a first control unit comprising an Arduino microcontroller coupled with a Bluetooth module for short-range manual control via a mobile application, and a second control unit comprising a Wi-Fi enabled microcontroller for extended-range control that additionally transmits real-time battery-voltage data to a remote Internet-of- 490 Things dashboard. This dual-mode, range-adaptive architecture, combined with a shared actuation mechanism for both field operations, reduces manual labour, operator exposure to agrochemicals, fuel dependency and equipment cost, while enabling continuous remote monitoring of battery state and reliable, low-emission operation suitable for small and medium scale farms.
