Abstract: A solar wireless electric vehicle-to-vehicle charging system is disclosed, comprising a photovoltaic panel array (110) mounted on a transferring vehicle, a solar charge controller (112), and a buffer energy storage unit (114) that accumulates solar-harvested energy independently of the transferring vehicle's traction battery. A wireless power transmission subsystem, comprising a DC-to-AC converter (116) and a primary transmitter coil (118), draws power exclusively from the buffer energy storage unit (114). A central controller (122) activates the wireless power transmission subsystem to transfer energy to a secondary receiver coil (130) of a receiving vehicle only when a monitored state of charge of the buffer energy storage unit (114) exceeds a predefined transfer eligibility threshold and a coil alignment sensing and guidance module (126) confirms that the primary transmitter coil (118) and secondary receiver coil (130) are aligned within a predefined tolerance. A panel tilting mechanism (128) reorients the photovoltaic panel array (110) during the transfer session to track the sun, replenishing the buffer energy storage unit (114) while energy is being delivered to the receiving vehicle through a battery management interface (134).
