The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a modular, retractable polyhouse system enabling rapid and relocatable controlled-environment agriculture, particularly suited for smallholder farms. 5 The system comprises a plurality of vertically extendable support poles including a central apex pole, and distributed ground-based material deployment units housing flexible covering material on motorized roller mechanisms. The enclosure is formed by synchronized deployment of the covering material from peripheral deployment units toward the apex pole, creating a self-supporting arched structure without permanent 10 framing. The system is scalable through the addition of further deployment units and is fully retractable and redeployable at different locations. Optional environmental sensing units may actuate the roller mechanisms to enable partial or complete retraction of the covering material in response to environmental conditions.
