MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511023821 A) filed by Buckman Laboratories International, Inc. on March 18, 2025, for Solid Chemistry Dissolution System Utilizing Conductivity Sensing And Level Sensing For Real-Time Analytics And Control.

Inventors include Rajganesh Meenakshi; and Ashis Das.

The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: A water treatment system is provided for real-time understanding and optionally automated regulating of solid chemistry conditions in a reservoir. A solid chemistry product and input fluid are combined to produce a solution, and one or more sensors (e.g., a conductivity sensor; a level sensor) disposed within the reservoir monitor concentration of the solid chemistry product and fluid state characteristics. An onboard controller, a cloud computing environment, and/or the like further estimate in real time and/or predict solid chemistry dissolution characteristics based on at least the respective signals, conditionally determine intervention events based on the estimated and/or predicted solid chemistry dissolution characteristics relative to respective target outcomes, and generate output signals conesponding io the intervention events. The estimated and/or predicted solid chemistry dissolution characteristics may for example include remaining solid chemical inventory, solution strength, solution stability, solid chemical dissolution rate, input fluid pump status, solution pump status, etc.
