Abstract: SPATIAL MAP PARTICIPATION AND GENERATION Example embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods, devices, apparatuses and computer readable storage medium for spatial map participation and generation. In a method, an apparatus transmits a request for a spatial map participation. The request includes a participation criterion associated with at least one of: a general participation criterion to participate in generation of a spatial map, or a specific participation criterion supporting the generation of the spatial map. The apparatus receives, from a first device, a response to the request for the spatial map participation. The response indicates whether the first device satisfies the participation criterion.
