Abstract: The increasing demand for automation and operational accuracy m the granite industry has highlighted the need for intelligent and reliable factory management solutions. Stonevision is an AIassisted iOS application designed to streamline granite factory operations by combining imagebased stone classification with digital workflow management. The application enables workers to capture images of granite slabs during processing, which are analyzed using a TensorFlow Litebased deep learning model integrated into the system. The model assists in identifying the stone category based on visual features such as texture and surface patterns. Additional stone- related information, including finish type and origin, is mapped through backend data associated with the identified stone category. Stonevision provides role-based access for factory owners and workers, allowing owners to monitor task progress, manage work sites, and review AI-assisted analysis results, while workers can upload images, update task status, and receive instructions digitally. By reducing manual dependency and improving transparency between factory roles, the application enhances efficiency, consistency, and traceability in granite factory management.
