Abstract: A stovetop sandwich making device, comprises a pair of frames 101 with handle 102 connected by a hinge joint 103 to open and close, forming upper and lower cooking frames 101 for holding a sandwich, a pair of cooking plates 104 having distinct surface textures to imprint patterns on the sandwich, a display interface 105 to indicate operating status and cooking modes, a temperature sensor to monitor internal heat and transmit data to an embedded microcontroller, an oil storage compartment 106 to selectively dispense oil or cooking fluid through iris-shaped hole 107, a weight sensor positioned to detect sandwich mass and adjust cooking duration and temperature, a vibrating unit 109 linked to the cooking plates 104 to release adhered food, and a scraper assembly 110 operable to lift stuck food during or after cooking as detected via an imaging camera 111, thereby enabling efficient sandwich preparation.
