Abstract: The present invention discloses a styloform tray assembly for controlled delivery of fluoride gel during topical fluoride application. The styloform tray assembly includes a deep spacer tray (1), a base tray (2), an outer peripheral wall (3), a plurality of spacer ridges (4), an inner peripheral wall (5), a reservoir region (6), a left handle position (7), and a right handle position (8). The plurality of spacer ridges (4) is integrally arranged within the reservoir region (6) to maintain a predetermined gap between the tray assembly and tooth surfaces. The predetermined gap forms a controlled gel-retaining space for maintaining fluoride gel at a substantially uniform thickness over enamel surfaces. The arrangement reduces excess gel pooling, gel overflow, fluoride gel wastage, accidental ingestion, and operator-dependent variation during fluoride application.
