Abstract: This substrate suction device comprises: a stage including first suction holes and an insertion hole, and having an upper surface on which a product can be placed; and a mask having substantially the same shape as the product, and including second suction holes, wherein when the mask is inserted into the stage along the insertion hole, the second suction holes correspond to some of the first suction holes in a planar view.
