Abstract: The surgical drill guide system (100) comprises several integrated components configured to provide precise angular control during surgical procedures. The surgical drill guide system (100) includes a base assembly (110) that securely engages with the surgical site and a cannulated rod (108) that is coupled to this base assembly (110) and contains a defined pathway for the drill bit. A guide assembly (106) is operatively connected to the cannulated rod (108) and features a locking member (402). Working in conjunction with these components is an angle indicator (104) that includes multiple locking positions (302). The guide assembly (106) is designed to perform two key functions: it can engage its locking member (402) with any of the locking positions (302) to secure the drill bit pathway at a chosen angle relative to the base assembly (110), and it can also disengage the locking member to allow for angular adjustments when needed.
