Abstract: A surveillance device for metro station monitoring, comprising of a cuboidal structure 101, an extendable rods 102 to adjust device height, an omnidirectional wheels 103 to monitor navigation and stability, an AI (Artificial Intelligence) camera 104 for visual monitoring and threat detection, an acoustic sensor to detect abnormal movement and sound, a linking arm 105 and a gripping clamp 106 to guide passenger alignment and queue formation while being queued up for metro trains, a thermal imaging sensor and a crowd density sensor to generate real-time activity visualization, a behavioural prediction module to identify early indicators of aggressive or abnormal behaviour using multisensory analysis, a queue management unit to guide passenger alignment and queue formation while being queued up for metro trains, and a storage chamber 107 to receive unattended items and verify ownership through a through a question-and-answer verification process on a touchscreen display 109.
